Project Coordinator/ Team support (Parental Leave Cover - 12 month term)

We are a small team of web application developers with a wide range of interesting clients and projects. In the last 15 years we have worked on around 1400 projects for about 350 clients – the diversity is genuine and keeps us sharp; it also keeps us really, really busy.
We are looking for the right person to join our team, somebody we can trust to look after people, relationships and projects. Someone willing to examine where we can improve, to take care of our detail while also being happy to lift weight on project coordination and delivery.

Some of the practical day-to-day things you can expect to be doing:
Drafting Statements of Work
Work planning and resourcing
Invoicing / and reporting oversight & creation
Scheduling of meetings & wrangling stakeholders
Providing information and support to stakeholders
Being the point of contact for various working groups
Tracking and reporting on budgets
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
Updating risk registers, issue registers as needed
Managing partner communications, documentation, minute-taking etc
Arrange and attend project meetings across various project streams
Supporting key members of the team with their organisation and administration needs.
You will definitely have relevant professional experience. We don’t want to prescribe what that experience might look like but it would be advantageous if you had some experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments. A technical background is not essential but it would definitely be helpful.
