Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and execute automated and manual tests plans and scripts.
  • Execute functional, regression and integration tests identifying and documenting any defects or issues.

  • Work with existing teams, product managers and business analysts to understand QA and testing needs and look for potential risks and issues.
  • Build and maintain test automation suites integrated into existing CI platforms.
  • Develop and mentor test capability within the organisation, ensuring alignment with existing and emerging standards, trends and best practice.
  • Use testing tools and techniques to identify, track, and resolve defects
  • Review and analyse test results to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate test progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders
  • Ensure we identify and manage testing risks to the best of our abilities via resourcing, timelines, coverage, performance or reliability
  • Ensure Test and QA practices align with our agile process

  • Strong knowledge of software testing principles and techniques
  • Experience with test planning, execution and delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with managing automated tests running in development pipelines

  • Experience with cloud environments such as Azure and/or AWS (preferred)
  • Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Circle CI, GitLab and GitHub.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
